Cichla or Geo?

Ive been stumped for weeks trying to think what else to put in my new tank, now I've got it down to 3 and just wanted to see what you guys think.

It's either going to be:-

2x 5-6" Cichla Azul
2x 5-6" Cichla Kelberi
6x 4" Geophagus "Tapajos 2"

All of these are available at Pier Aquatics "Sojapat's shop". So Saturday is D-Day

of the budget is there i would go for either the azul or kelberi and a few more then 2... they like to be with bigger groups... geophagus will be an other fish that claims the buttom of your tank... for me in person it would be azul... but thats taste...

I'm leaning towards the Azul myself, as for budget they are quite reasonably priced so I could stretch to 3-4, what's the max size the Azuls get to?

azul will get to 60cm for i know... i would go for 4

well im sorry to disapoint you Rivfader but i went with the Geo's, the Cichla just aint really for me. And im not really sure that i want 3-4 50cm cichlids in a year or so's time.

I got 6 Tapajos 2. Thunder hasn't eaten any yet

they range from 4-5"

im keeping him well fed so hopefully he'll leave them alone
