Not many raykeepers in France because of the law. It's very hard to have Stingrays because they are considered as "dangerous" animals like venimous snakes...

No, I'm not the owner of the white hybrid (its parents are brother/sister of Pearls father X Motoro mother). It's a friend of a friend of mine.

Interesting. Are there any special laws for keeping stingrays in France?

What kind of rays do you owe yourself. Picture are always fun to see

I'm sure lots have Rays in France...sometime laws do not necessary deter hobbyist from getting their prize. It's the same in the US where Arowana's are illegal but I'm sure there's more Arowanas in the US then there is in Canada considering in Canada it is legal with certificates from CITES.

Just as long as people don't go showing off their "illegal" prize. I recall a guy in NY, USA that had posted his monster tank with lots of high grade aros from Reds to XB's...the law finally caught up to him and rated his house and took everything....very sad...
